Jamie Naugle Interiors is a luxury interior design firm based out of Austin, TX. Jamie's work instills a sense of classic beauty through carefully curated elements that both bend the rules and evoke calm delight.

They came to us in a time of growth and transition in their business as they had begun to encounter a difficulty in scaling their business. One of the key areas for growth we identified early on was creating a well defined brand process and pricing structure that gives clients clarity and an elevated experience and allows for maximum profitability. We worked with the brand to not only re-vamp their visual identity, but also thoroughly rethink their client experience and sales process. This has led to an increase in their close rate, from 25% to over 80%. They also decided, as a part of the brand strategy, to remove some offers, and this has also led to an increase in sales and increase in client confidence. We are thrilled with their success!
